Returns

1. Eligibility for Returns:

   • Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
   • The product must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

   • Assembled or damaged Mini Action Guns.
   • Products purchased on clearance or marked as “final sale.”

3. Return Process:

   • To initiate a return, contact us at SALES@LEGACYTACTICAL.COM or call us at 305.814.9696.
   • Provide your order number, reason for return, and proof of purchase.
   • Ship the item to: nearest USPS or UPS local store.
     • Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

     • Refunds

       1. Refund Eligibility:

          • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
          • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and issued to your original method of payment.

       2. Partial Refunds:

          • Partial refunds may be issued for items returned damaged, incomplete, or not in their original condition.

       3. Exchanges:

          • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, please contact us directly.

       • If you receive a damaged or defective product, notify us within 3 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
